For all orders, please note matters as follows :
Non-acceptance of Order - may be a result of one of the following, and we will be notified you via email.
- The product that you have ordered is unavailable in stock
- Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment
- The identification of a pricing or product description error
Otherwise all orders will be accepted automatically and shall be process for dispatch within 2 working days.
Policy on Out of Stock
If an item you ordered is out of stock in our warehouse, we will contact you via e-mail, and offer you the following options:
- offer suggestions for a substitution (ie. a different color/size/type of the item you've ordered, or a similar item).
- backorder the item and have it shipped as soon as it arrived.
- remove the item from your order, refund the cost of credit into your account and ship the rest of your order.
Occasionally, one of the products you have ordered may be out of stock. If this happens, you will always be emailed with the option for you to cancel your order or change your order should you prefer not to wait. You must therefore provide us with your e-mail address when ordering. If you decide to wait for an order, please be aware that you may have to wait longer than the delivery schedule times stated above.
Changes to Products
myfamediva.com may make changes to any products offered at myfamediva.com or to the applicable prices for any such products, at any time, without notice. The information provided at myfamediva.com with respect to products may be out of date and myfamediva.com makes no commitment to update the information provided at myfamediva.com with respect to such products.
Every effort has been made to reflect product colours as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in monitors, we are unable to guarantee that the colour you will see on your monitor will accurately reflect the true colour of the product. All drawings, photos, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising issued on this website are issued or published for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the products described in them. They will not form part of the contract with you and no warranty or guarantee shall be expressed or implied in the contract with you in this regard.
No Return or Exchange
We do not accept any returns and exchanges, as these products are very likely to have direct contact with mouth, blood, body secretions, vagina or anus. We realize that this is an inconvenience for the buyer, seeking for your utmost understanding, and pelase be rest assured that all products are visually inspected before being shipped.
If you can clearly see a manufacturing defect upon opening of the package, please CONTACT US WITHIN 24 HOURS upon receiving the parcel. Please describe exactly where the defects, send us close ups photos of the defects to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will be in touch with you personally within 24 hours.
In such cases, the return products will be inspected and shall be in good conditions, once we had confirmed the products, we will be replacing the agreed products within 2 working days. Otherwise, if return products received deemed in unacceptable conditions, there shall be no exchange for this particular order.
The return shipping fees will be bare by customers, myfamediva.com will not be responsbile, if shipment is lost during the return shipping process. If you are not certain about a product, ask us for more information before making purchase.
DO NOT return boxes without notifying us.
All return and exchange, are subject to approval, simply returning your shipment DOES NOT make you eligible for any exchange.
In any circumstances the designs of the replacement were not available, we will be refund the amount of purchased into your login account (via our website) as credit for your future purchase. All decisions related to returns and exchange are left to the sole discretion of myfamediva.com
